Doctors:- good behaviour and good treatment given. 4/5 2.staff:- helpful but sometimes rude and inappropriate behaviour must have learn to deal with relatives or others of the patient. 3/5 3.sanity and environment:- it’s natural that when we enter in hospital we feel nervousness,anxiety and some other specific odour of the hospital but still it’s a clean and daily routine washing hospital

I am not satisfied with this hospital I want to inform everyone if you are coming to bikaner with patient in this hospital please go to govt hospital PBM in this hospital staff behiour is very rude and doctor will not tell you actual problem they will confuse you what is the real problem so I will suggest you to go govt hospital not in jeevan rakhsa bikaner Thank you

Jeevan Raksha Hospital is an absolute disaster! I walked into a nightmare of filth and negligence. The place reeked of neglect, with dusty, untouched walls, spit marks all over, and a stench that made me question the very idea of hygiene. The lift? Oh, it moves at a pace that could put a snail to shame. The staff? Don't get me started. Irresponsible doesn't even begin to cover it. The doctors seemed more interested in their own world than in providing competent care. It's shocking how a place that claims to be a hospital can let things deteriorate to such a disgraceful level. I wouldn't trust them with a plant, let alone my health. Jeevan Raksha needs a serious wake-up call. Clean up your act, literally, and start treating patients like human beings, not inconveniences. This place is a black mark on the healthcare system, and they need a massive overhaul to even come close to being acceptable.

Doctor's Rutine Checking is too Much Bad as compared to other hospitals, i notice that during any person hospitalize in this hospital the doctor charges Rs.1000 per Day but the doctor not attend patient as per charges, meanwhile unwanted doctor's rutine charges have been charged to patient. In this hospital medicine Cost is outstanding High.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Jeevan Rakshak Hospital, which I feel compelled to share. The hygiene standards were alarmingly poor, falling well below the basic expectations for any medical facility. Additionally, the information provided by the receptionist was not only misleading but also incorrect and made us wait for several minutes. My dissatisfaction extends to the medical consultation itself. During a critical diagnostic procedure, the doctor failed to explain the purpose and details of the growth scan test, leaving me anxious and uninformed about my wife's pregnancy's scan. Moreover, the complete lack of privacy during the sonography was deeply troubling, as the doctor allowed his family members to be present in the room throughout the procedure. This lack of professionalism and respect for patient privacy and well-being has left me with a very negative impression of Jeevan Rakshak Hospital. I strongly advise prospective/educated patients to consider these serious lapses in care and service before deciding to seek medical attention at this facility.
