My grandmother had a lens operation and we were given the time of 3.30 for the operation, so I reached the hospital at 2.30 and after waiting for it the operation took place at 6 pm. What kind of a system is this, there is no value of time and those who are coming before us are getting free before us. There is no time system, they bring the patient like a conductor takes a ride in a running bus . Poor service

“I recently visited SK Eye Hospital for an eye check-up, and the experience was disappointing. The staff was very rude and unhelpful. I spoke with a female doctor about my itchy and swollen eyes, asking if this was normal, but she didn’t give a clear answer. She only prescribed eye drops, and when I asked for a cream to help, she just told me to use a moisturizer, which didn’t seem professional. Frustrated, I went to the counter to explain my concerns. The person there canceled the doctor’s prescription and wrote a different one. It was confusing and didn’t give me confidence in the care provided. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I expected more professionalism and attention to my issues.”

we came from 30 kilometres to consult the doctor, since 04 hrs to wait for our turn in waiting room the support staff was favouring the known people to consult the doctor directly. Dear administration team please hire any professional staff for smooth the process and please train the staff to treat everyone equally.
