Gone through ICL. My power was -7 around and the process was smooth. Starting from the paperwork, operation and the post care plans everything was perfect. I still continue to have my eyes checked on monthly and sometimes quarterly basis and I always received a positive response from the staff especially Ashish. My doctor was Dr. Ashish Agarwal who is very humble, understanding and he treats you so well that you won"t think ever to go to any other doctor.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received. From start to finish, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. The staff was unresponsive, the service was delayed without explanation, and there was a complete lack of communication and accountability.
