I recently visited Center for sight for regular eye checkup, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I entered, the staff was courteous, professional, and well-organized. The hospital maintains high hygiene standards and a comfortable waiting area, which made the overall experience pleasant. The checkup process was thorough and efficient. I was guided through a series of tests including visual acuity, pressure check, and retinal examination. The equipment used was clearly modern and well-maintained. The optometrist and ophthalmologist were both knowledgeable and took the time to explain each test and its findings. What I appreciated most was their transparency and attention to detail. They didn’t rush the consultation and addressed all my concerns patiently. I also received good advice regarding digital screen usage and preventive care for dry eyes, which was very helpful. In terms of pricing, the services were reasonably charged considering the quality of care provided. The hospital also accepted multiple insurance plans, which added to the convenience. Dr. Mukesh Sharma at Centre for Sight Hospital, Calgiri Marg, is an excellent ophthalmologist. I went for a routine eye checkup, and he was punctual, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. My mother is having cataract in right eye and Dr Mukesh Sharma has done all the test and check up of left eye which is not required. Also mentioned in file that surgery of left eye will be scheduled after 10 days , once I recieved the file I have checked the same and intimate the same to hospital management, management ask me to come tomorrow. I have visited again and met with Dr , he said we need to do left eye surgery first as it is in good condition. When I asked him that we have asked you that we have problem in right than why you suggested left . Then Dr asked I am not taking any guarantee for visibility from right eye after surgery if you go for right eye surgery first and then I need reschedule my appointment again for later date . Overall experience with the hospital is very bad . I have visited another hospital on same day , taken appointment for next day and got successful surgery of right eye

It was overall a good experience as trained staff has been recruited.. Cleanliness is being maintained. Everything is systematic. Though I think the opthomologist were finding it difficult to get the work done from ground level staff. The ground level staff was too loud and one feels it more when your eyes are closed because of medicine. A proper training for their behaviour while working should be in place.. Also i would like to mention that the names of the Doctor should be displayed at the reception with their qualifications.
