Best dr.for eye chack-up...she is very sweat with patient...

Worst management system ever, on phone they will say take appointment but time we don’t know, after getting appointment they cannot manage time for patients, all 50 patients together waiting, they cannot make appointments by time to avoid time wasting for all 50 people. Staff is not co operative at all. Staff is talking like they working without salary, all the frustration they want to take out on customers.

Experience : Worst, They don't know how to treat a patient. The doctor here is famous for his treatment because he handles referred cases. Oh just because of that they don't treat normal patients who don't have serious issue. Contrary that's nice, but for others why are they making other patients feel about it. , I wasted two days here just for an eye checkup. I thought doctors always show best behaviour and mood to their patients so that patient might feel good, but here I think their interest is something else. There is more inside me because I felt it Right here .I would have given negative stars just for an act. Thank you so much if you have read so long, if you are in strong need for serious issue please consult if you have do not any serious issue you can choose another doctors as well. For hospital. please don't treat your patients in such a way The man at reception is really polite and nice.

I have been visiting this hospital for the last 5 years. I have serious eye issue . But was treated with utmost care and good result. Fully satisfied. They also cater to lots of patient from outside Jaipur and even Rajasthan. In recent times I sent some patients from Canada and they were very happy with the treatment and overall care. Thanks for their continued service.

One of the best Hospital for eye treatment in Rajasthan. Got operated my both eyes three years ago. Regularly visiting for check up since then. Dr. Rakshita Kothari and Dr. Siddarth Kothari are very experienced, humble and very kind to patients. I am 💯% satisfied with their treatment and behaviour. Waiting time is also less in comparison to other Hospitals.

My mother's R/E retina hemorrhage was consulted for few years along with laser sittings at Nagpals' (Shahi Baugh, Ahmedabad). She has been done intra occular catract lens replacement in both her eyes in 2004 (at 45 years age) & 2018 respectively with highest level of satisfaction & perfection, I would say. Recently my father at an age of 67 years has got aspheric iol, again a work of perfection by Dr. Rakshita Kothari herself. Good to have such nice people in the arena.

Worst , they only Focus on looting people by multiple techniques and even after paying appointment fee they start with other steps and mention for each step you have pay this , that . There are many better eyes hospital then this.
