Very bad experience I had. I bought a frame to them that time they told us we are giving you best one after one month of used the frame lost their color when I visited store and ask them about this they told us sometimes its happens we will send back to company to replace that. They took almost 25 day I called many time to ask about replacement. They told me its didn’t come after 25 days the frame comes when we go to pick they ask to pay more money to replacement even the frame was in warranty. When we told them you didn’t inform us about extra charges at all they started to abusing with me. Very rude and unprofessional owner and staff Highly unrecommended

This is an honest review using after 2 years. I purchased spectacles in 2023 April costing 9700 Rs. 7000 for the crizal lenses and rest amount on the frame. When I first picked the frame, I had problems with frame dropping at my nose. While buying I had the same confusion, they said if any problem persist they will replace it that never happened after several visits. Almost 6 times, I visited to give my vision tests for some or the reason as it was my progressive lens. Initially I visited to tell them that I see blurr at the distance but they were not ready to accept. But finally they did took another one month to get it replaced. The problem continued and then I had left with no energy to argue or visit them after spending 9700/- and it was August...almost 3 months repeated visits. The best part frame was do fragile that it got broke by November and then got it replaced at some other shop. I didn't visit them again. I am surprised to see their rating. May be I am one of the cases with bad experience. But this is an honest review after getting a new spectacles at some other place to utmost satisfaction. And this is nothing against anyone but yo give my honest review.
