Excellent staff and service!. Went here for my father's cataract surgery, which went really well. We received excellent care and clear consultation from the Dr. Vaishali. The rest of the staff is very knowledgeable and very courteous. Overall we had a very pleasant experience.

I got my lasik surgery yesterday at REG. All in all, it was a wonderful and seamless experience. Right off the bat, we thought the hospital was very clean and hygienic, which is always very reassuring to see. More so, the support staff and doctors were certainly helpful and warm. They had also scheduled everything perfectly to ensure minimal wait time. The pre-op checks and tests, from the looks of it, were thorough and carefully studied. The doctors also guided me patiently every step of the way. As for the procedure, it was quick, painless, and hassle-free. I was comfortable throughout the procedure and Dr. Srivastava was walking me through the entire op as he was performing it. I’m now going through recovery and everyone at the hospital from the surgeon to the support staff has been very helpful.

Had an amazing experience! I got my lasik surgery from here and it was painless and in less than 24 hours my vision was absolutely clear. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. I could have not asked for a better place for any eye related issues. The hospital is so neat and clean that you’ll feel like you are in a hotel. The doctors are exceptionally good!
