I wish I could give you zero star. PATHETIC SERVICE AND STAFF. No management, the staff is so rude. We are waiting from last 2 hours, even after coming on time, still waiting. There is no list of patient to send to doctor. Picking random people and sending them. Coming here is a waste of day totally. If you are coming, pack your bags and come, they will take your whole day

I am still sitting in hospital. Room51. Nurses forcing me to give feedback rating even when I am in middle of checkups. Moreover I habe been waiting for a simple test. Some old lady came and asked her procedure to be done first and she was given priority without even asking me if I could let her go in my turn.

Your hospital is excellent, fully equipped with all necessary facilities. The cleanliness, safety, and security measures are top-notch. However, adding night bulbs or low-light bulbs in patient rooms would enhance comfort during the night.

Worst and rude nursing staff. Don't know how to handle patients. Waiting for two days and still they are saying that operation will take one more day. They are selecting random people instead of their number. If you want to ask something to any nurse, she behave as rude as can be possible. No discipline no arrangement no care. Patient are waiting in lines for their number but staff is selecting random people. Treating patients like they are only a wild mess for them and no any human

Waiting time is too long. Took appointment one day before. Reached on time 10:00 AM. It was told that waiting is around 1-1:30 hours. At 1:00PM it was informed doctor is going for lunch and return in 30 minutes. After again enquiring at 1:40 PM it was informed doctor will come in another 30 minutes. Doctor came at 2:15 PM and look for 2-3 minutes only and again informed for wait 5-10 minutes for further instructions. Later course of action is advised. Total took approximately 5 hours for whole 5 minutes consultation. So who all planning to visit consider at least 4-5 hours

Waiting time is too long. There should be a limit on the waiting time here. I had to wait for 3 hours even after taking an appointment before 3 days. I am forced to change my review again and still waiting for my turn in hospital.

In 2021- 2023 there was a fantastic management, everything is good , but now this management is really worst ( Aashima, Dr Nishant and Ms Ruchi) they don't even know how to speak politely with the staff and the patients. They are not able to manage properly. Reception team is also very rude to the patients. Floor coordinator "Ipsita Saha" also not have manners to talk. Please don't visit here for eye checkup.

Would have given -1 star if possible. Worst staff ever. So impolite hospital. They don't even respond to call rightly. They don't care about patients. The staff is so rude. They treat old people with no respect
