No support and Guidance from Counselling department. No Coordination with other Centre for sight group hospitals. Initially they demands less amount for surgery, Once they starts surgical procedure they ask more amount which is around 150% of initial cost. For Cashless TPA , they even do not check whether TPA is linked with them. Counsellor tells like for Cashless TPA she have to do more work so you have to go with Cash even though your TPA is linked with them.
