Vasundhara Hospital

I’m extremely disappointed with the treatment and attitude shown at Vasundhara Hospital, Jodhpur. My friend was prescribed a 5-day B12 drip, and the butterfly cannula was left in place for 4 days — much longer than normally advisable — resulting in severe hand swelling, pain, and eventually a blood clot. The hospital staff demonstrated a lack of basic vigilance and protocol — the drip was inserted carelessly, and the cannula was left in place for an extended period without proper monitoring. No one checked the site regularly or warned about the risks of keeping it in for so long. This level of inattentiveness from trained medical professionals is unacceptable, especially in a reputed hospital setting. When we first reported the issue, instead of acknowledging the problem, the doctor blamed the patient and asked where the drip was given — even though it was done in the same hospital, under his prescription. There was no responsibility taken. What’s worse, something as basic as a B12 deficiency treatment turned into a painful, complicated and prolonged process, causing both physical distress and financial strain — with ₹500 charged for every follow-up visit, and separate full medicine costs even though the complication arose during their care. This experience left us feeling unheard, exploited, and deeply let down by what should have been a place of care. Healthcare is about trust — and that was completely broken here. I usually don’t share personal experiences online, but this time I felt truly betrayed — in moments of despair, where do we turn if not to those meant to care for us?

Hospital is really very clean from Inside and Outside. Staff is Polite and helpful. Almost every service is available. We visited for Cardiology 🫀 Dr. And We were already following up with Dr. Sanjay Sanghvi who was Head of Cardiology Deptt in Medical College. Now he has joined Vasundhara Hospital after retirement.. Very cool and genuine in his experteise. It was nice visit and easy process of appointment. Parking is available there.

Received very quick response in case of cardiac emergency Dr. Sanjeev sanghvi was exceptional. Very professional and understanding. Overall great experience. Front desk and ICU staff was also very courteous and helpful. Truly deserve 5/5 rating

i visited Vasundhara Hospital & Research Centre today for treatment of writer's cramps with Dr. Arvind Lakesar, a renowned neurologist. Previously I used to visit is for any general or critical ailment of my family. Actually the people of Jodhpur region are of the opinion that Vasundhara Hospital is good for delivery or IVF. Yes, ofcourse it is. The owner Dr. Sanjay Makwaa and his wife Dr. Renu Makwana, Gynecologist are fully dedicated. in fact Dr. Renu is very Loving and caring towards expectant mothers and after delivery like she ( Dr. Renu) is a family member of her patients. A mith towards this renowned, well managed and neat & clean big building housed hospital is that it is a center for dilivery specially for complicated pregnancies and Neonatology for which Dr Kapil Kumar Raheja has its credit for giving life to innumerable premature babies. But it is a must known factor fot public in general that lot of other diseases are treated here. A very expertise dental department consisting of well known dentist Dr. V.D. Joshi and his team led by his equally able son Dr. Ashish Joshi is giving perfect dental solutions. Heart ailment is treated here by the team of Dr. Lalit Mohan Rathi. General Physian Dr. Anil Sharma a retired Major is treating almost all general diseases. surgeon here Dr. Vinod Shely is working with all his experties. Ofcourse owner Dr. Sanjay Makwana is also a surgeon. Expertise of Orthopaedician Dr Ashok Bishnoi is available for all types of desease related to bones. Almost all blood tests and Xrays are done here. Indoor Wards are ok. Indoor Rooms needs some renovation and modernization. Almost all treatments under medical insurances, CGHS, RGHS etc. are avilable here List of diseases not treated at Vasundhara Hospital is also shown here which includes burns, Psychiatry, Organ Transplant and Dermatology. Leaving some expertised nursing staff other nursing staff needed rigorous training and Also leaving some help desk staff whi are very polite, many others needed to be instucted to be behave friendly.

I recently had a frustrating experience at the OPD system in Vasundhara hospital Jodhpur. The queues were not moving , and the waiting time was unbearably long. It seems the processes and administration is disorganized, leaving patients stressed and uncomfortable. A more efficient system with additional staff or an improved appointment scheduling approach would greatly enhance the patient experience. Overall, disappointing and needs urgent improvement.
