Honestly very good experience 👍🏻 free eye checkup... Also Look out the frame which were really new collection ... Good staffs 👍🏻😊 one thing I noticed that the frame i was buying on lenscart shop is 2200 but I ordered the same thing on online lenscart app of 2000 .. nothing change.. so prefer to buy from website 👍🏻 overall good experience 🫶🏻

PATHETIC EXPERIENCE. I placed the order for lens replacement in 2 frames which I bought from lenskart only previously. After a wait of 10 days I got to know that they broke one of the frames while replacing the lens. I said i need the same frame to which they replied the same is not available. I mean, lenskart talks about technology and revolutionalising Eyewear industry, lol! Now, they want me to travel back to your store and select a new frame. (They assume we are jobless free humans). It doesn't end here. The second frame they delivered to me with the wrong lens power. I called them and informed the same to which store representative replied sir the power is correct only. (I am a fool right?).I went to their store and asked them to check the lens power and it was indeed incorrect. I mean, you can't even place a correct order? You are compromising with somebody's vision, you don't even check the power before delivering it to the customer. A local shop in my area gives better service than lenskart who charhes 10 times more than those shops. It was a really bad experience. I haven't received my glasses yet and it's been 1 month I made the payment and placed the order.

To share my thoughts I would start with a great thanks to the members of lenskart in kota. Thanks to Prashant bhaiya who help me to give a perfect eye test very easily.... Bhuvanesh bhaiya helps us out to select the best frame over. Different types of frames is available as per your choice. I would prefer for a metal one. Overall I had the best experience here.. You can come to check your fav one too..🙂
