Amazing staff and service. We need to purchase spectacles for my both in-laws. The staff closely examine their eyes, suggested the best lenses. They even guided us through the steps so that we can get some discount on the purchase. Very supportive. Overall the experience is great.

Staff behavior is good but they have less knowledge I will tell you how: I asked the staff for blu cut eyeglasses and I asked him to do laser test and what I observed that some light passes through blu cut lenses and what the staff told me that yes some blue light is necessary for eye,, seriously!! And they don't recommend glasses according to face shapes.But 4.25 stars for staff behavior that is good but should have more information.By the way I checked this laser test on lenskart air glasses.Also I recommend to purchase good lenses around 2000 or above or possible then from other stores.

What a friendly staff and employees are there . They listen our concerns carefully and do their best although it is not in lenskart's policy and offers . They listened to me carefully , understood my point and solved the issue through replacing my old glasses to new ones with no extra fee.
