They are one of the renowned opticians in Kota city, They had good collection and wide range of spectacles, lenses, sunglasses and eye wears. They also give some discount according to the products. All staff have customer friendly approach. It is situated on main road(near CAD circle) which gives easy to reach approach.

My spectacles were supposed to be delivered by Sunday evening and today is Wednesday. I have spoken to them twice on phone and physically visited once but they have been making false promises only. They talk sweet but don't fulfill their commitment.Not recommended

Unlike a chain like lenskart , they are normal shopkeeper Who is not gonna charge you a bulk for the behaviour and their stupid free frame offer This is genuine shop, where you can get cheap as well as very costly branded frames. I have been using their services from past 7 years now.. Their staff is not good behaving, but their services are And guess what...they dont have fake reviews here.. Its a proof that they are genuine

Very arrogant and rude owner. They sell very cheap quality frames at extremely high rates. Not at all recommended. The power test is also very inaccurate. We have been getting fooled since past 15 years. Thanks to Titan eye plus and lenskart now treat customers very well.

Very rude and impolite behaviour of owner. If there is a defect in your product and the customer comes back to you with the issue, it is expected from good stores to help the customer. But the owner was rude as hell, like open to fight. If the customer doesn't have the bill at least try to make them understand politely. I would suggest to go with genuine brand chains like Titan Eyeplus, Himalaya etc. and ignore such stores (also poor quality product sites like lenskart).

Not even worth visiting, don't buy stuff from here, they sell very bad frames that break from everyday use. Also the frames are mostly deformed and you'll notice that the product is faulty within a few minutes of use. I m a customer and am providing honest rating. Once they 've sold their product they don't care about the customer. My father went to complain cause the frame broke in 2 week of everyday use so they tricked him to buy a new one, when he returned, he found that the frame was heavily deformed.

I don't know why people are sabotaging this place on google reviews, but its gotta be the best optical shop, they have a lot of varieties of frames from the cheapest to most expensive, they have all types of lenses too like blue cut, nova blue, etc., eye checking is very good. It is better than most of the shops like titan optical or any other, so if you want specs just check it out and you will know.
