I was treated very poorly by the staff. They refused to accept a ₹10 coin, even though it was valid. Initially they returned my cash but was not ready to take ₹10 coin I owed, despite me coming back three times for the purchase. As a result, I had no choice but to cancel my purchase.

Dear Lenskart Team, I recently visited your showroom located near Ambedkar Circle in Pali, and I wanted to share some feedback based on my experience. Firstly, I appreciate the wide range of products you offer. It's evident that you are doing a great job in providing quality eyewear to customers in our small city. However, I noticed that during my visit, there were only few staff members available to assist a large number of customers. This resulted in longer wait times and some customers, including myself, not receiving the level of service we hoped for. Additionally, I noticed a lack of options for larger-sized sunglasses. Many customers, including those with bigger faces, are likely looking for stylish options that cater to their needs. Expanding your range in this area could attract more customers and improve overall satisfaction. I wish you continued success in providing excellent service and products in our community. Today I visit pali store and staff behaviour very polite and helpful and staff suggested frame according to my power and face looking wise . I wear spectacles 4-5 year but this is the first time best experience from pali store and all staff are amazing thanks you
