Dr. Pawan Eye Hospital & Research Center

I am in Dr. Pawan Eye Hospital since last 3 to 4 days. The hospital is very good but the staff do not behave well with the patients. In Pawan Hospital, the patient's number is not taken from the line, the staff members send it to the doctor after knowing about it. Staff behaved rudely with me also. The hospital is clean and tidy, I met the doctor, the doctor spoke very nicely, his behavior is good. I was given a bed in a separate building which is outside the hospital. If you want to come here, then keep in mind that if you reach the hospital early in the morning around 8 to 9 o'clock, then your number will come on time. Parking facility is available. The doctors are very good but I want to tell again that some of the staff do not behave well, they start fighting with the patients on everything. I have been in the hospital for 3 days, due to machine failure, the operation got delayed for 2 days, despite that we were given a bed in a different building, due to which the patient had some problems. The behavior of the doctors here is very good, they talk to everyone in a calm manner and give the test reports in a proper manner but in this hospital the nursing boy has been behaving very badly towards the patients. Apart from this, they do not talk properly at the medicine counter and also spend a lot of time, hence if there was a little different staff, I believe that it would be the best hospital in Rajasthan.

Very Good services are provided by Pawan Eye Hospital & Team. I am thankful to Dr. Pawan for taking care of Eye Patients. All Staff members are very helpful and their behavior is really So nice... Hospital Located near Railway Station (Walking Distance about 1 km) Best Treatment is given hear.

Today I visited Pawan eye care hospital sawai madhopur. On Wednesday a retina specialist visit from Delhi. I was expecting some kind of ethics for patients from hospital side but I didn't find it. There was no management failure of ethics, hospital staff don't even know how to behave with patients and there care takers. I actually reached at 9:30 am in the hospital I was told that doctor will come at 10 am and my turn will come at 11:30am. Actually I went for ROP test for my new born who is 3 months old, before the test one eye drop needs to be poured every 10-15 mins for 1 hour for dilution and then the test will be performed by the specialist. Now when I requested the staff that can you please allow me to speak with the doctor and if he can prescribe the eye drop we will pour it before coming to hospital on our time slot. Hospital staff was not at all professional, they were not even understanding the situation and they said we can't do that. Then I came back home and went to hospital again at 11:30am on my turn, dr wrote a eye drop they we waited for 1 hour and now it was the time for ROP test and the time was around 1 o'clock and now I was again suprised by the hospital staff, they said like now do is not available, I inquired alot like why what happened now, I went and meet to dr Pawan directly then he pretended saying that Dr went for 1 hour lunch. I was again shocked like these people don't even care others time, for a simple ROP test which could take 1:30 hours max has already taken half of the day and they were expecting me to spend whole day. I immediately asked Dr Pawan to refund my total amount I have paid, I got the refund but even dr Pawan was not accepting their fault here. Fault is with management, fault is with mis communication, which could cause serious issues for someone who cannot waste time just like that... I don't know whether it will make sense to people in sawai madhopur where people mostly comes from village s keeping in mind that they may have to spend the whole day onle innvery basis tests, but as always time is very previous, and doctors should not only think like their time is very valuable but also patient's and there care takes, I wanted to write it even worst then this but I don't have those in my dictionary...

Staff behavior is very bad.they don't have any manners to speak with customers.there is no que system known person of the staff meeting first. When we go we saw many machine and we confused . But don't go there if you not want to any mental and money tension. The behavior of hospital staff is so ridiculous. Very bad. Don't go there are many doctors in the city.

Nice hospital for eye with good reputation this hospital specially known for eye usually crowd here every day. staff behaviour is good & helpful. in this hospital proper way of checking patients eyes in sequence after checking by staff, Dr. Pavan check patient with all checking report's. This hospital is good for eye not more expensive may be a little bit expensive.
