Here the customer has been misguided or the number of glasses is given to check without saying anything and then he goes back and the number of glasses is given again. The customer has to pay for the glasses again and again but no one cares about this. I wonder what to do with glass now that the glass will cost 1400 rupees once again or it will cost 1400 rupees this way no middle class person can make glass.

I had eye flu and went to this hospital yesterday, the doctor did a checkup and gave me medicine. After prescribing the medicine, got my test done and deducted 2597rs in my RGHS account and the doctor did not even see the report of that test, uploaded it directly on the RGHS site and sent it home. When I asked, he said that the doctor had seen it, but the report was not even sent to the doctor, I had the report. Fraud 😡

Hospital located in middle of city. Staff members are not cooperative. Please note if you pay at counter collect your bills otherwise they not offering you. Doctor behaviour too much gentle and very polite. No parking available for your vehicles so avoid driving by car here.
