Most unorganized hospital i have ever come across, unprofessional behavior of entire staff on reception who doesn't value time and money of patients. Never-ending long waits just for consultation post taking treatment. I personally regret choosing Dr Kothari Hospital and will not recommended to any one known or unknown after going through all the harassment here. Hopeless & Unprofessional bunch of people managing hospital without any empathy towards patients.

Worst experience waiting for 4 hours . If there is one doctor why they take appointment in the morning . Just to make money that it. These people dnt value people time .
I've wasted around 3 hours waiting, and the excessive delay has been incredibly frustrating.
Hospital is good ,but one problem is you have to invest entire day to get treatment. You should take appointment between 7Am -7.30Am to get assured appointment and visit hospital only if you got appointment before 12pm otherwise don't go . Quality of treatment is overall satisfactory but queue is really awaiting...
Excellent support from accounts and finance department. Attendants and caregivers are friendly. Doctors can be strict to one's taste but are mostly result oriented. The only downside is the waiting period which can take a toll if one has meticulously planned the visits.
Worst do not come here too much waiting time
Don't know much about the Dr but the staff is very arrogant I stayed in udaipur for 3 days but didn't get appointment.the very last day they gave me appointment of 3:30 but at 3:30 they said me to wait for atleast 2 hour and demanded fees but didn't promise that up to 6 o clock I will get my turn and if I didn't get my turn denied to refund my fees.
Best Eye Hospital/Doctor in Rajasthan. Dr.Kothari is trained and well experienced an Ophthalmologist. He is a surgeon.He listen your quires very carefully. Very less fee before visit take prior appointment over the phone. Friendly staff. Overall great services. Worth it!!. Highly Recommend.
