Best eye check up experience in my 17 years of wearing glasses. The store's optometrist was knowledgable & patient. Dalpat ji & the rest were genuinely attentive & kind. Honestly, I had such a fun experience, I think everyone at that store deserves a raise!

Disappointing Service at LensKart I recently visited the LensKart sec 11 store and was left very disappointed by the level of customer service. The staff appeared to be more preoccupied with their own task than attending to customers. Specifically, I found: * Lack of Attentiveness: The staff were not attentive to customers entering the store. I had to actively seek assistance, rather than being greeted and offered help. * Poor Communication: When I did manage to get assistance, the staff member's communication was unclear and rushed. They didn't seem to take the time to properly explain options or answer my questions. * Distracted Behavior: The staff seemed more interested in their own tasks than in assisting customers. This created a very unwelcoming and unprofessional atmosphere. Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory. I expected a higher level of customer service from LensKart, especially when making a purchase related to eye care. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the customer experience.
