Visited this store and didn't have a good experience. There were 3 members from staff was available when I visited the store but still the person wanted me to wait not sure why. The case could have handled very efficiently. Also I had a pair of glasses from lenskart which was ordered recently but wasn't meeting the requirement hence asked the person to check the numbers but he just checked the order details and showed me the same. I just wanted to rule out some issue while making the pair but he didn't supported on that as well. My personal opinion but in general the customer experience can be improved easily which was not seen at least in my case.

It was my first experience in lenskart I used to order spectacles from other online sites or u can say apps but when I saw my friend's unbreakable glasses from lenskart I also got some intrest....... Then I went there Idk about the other colleagues but the colleague I met, I think so her name was hemlata vaishnav yes she was only from my caste and I got shocked she was very sweet and pleasant and polite employee she was really having so much knowledge bout the spectacles and other Ive got a classy blackframed unbreakable glasses it's so good and REALLY unbreakable fr the first impression is last I liked it thanks lenskart ❤️
