Good service and humble behavior by staffs

I visited this store on Sunday 23rd February right before the closing time we were attended by this guy who was very good at his job he listened to the details my wife gave and accordingly caterred to her needs. My wife was really happy with the sunglasses. We were touring Udaipur and had to drive to Mumbai the next day, this guy's service and Lenskart's quality was of great help.

Store is good and the staff was very helpful in fulfill my requirement. The person understood my query and suggested the product which I liked very much. I recommend this store in udaipur.

First she denied giving me a carry bag and ask for 10 rupees while my overall order was 8900/-. Then she ended up giving me a torn and crushed bag. So i am changing from 5 star rating to 2 star.
