Best doctor shaab & best treatment I respect you SIR.

Worst experience I ever had. He has no manners to talk. He doesn’t like to answer questions. Being a doctor he should have some empathy towards patients. They can repeat questions he should understand they might be thinking something else and they are unable to explain so they would have asked. Even the staff is not having manners to talk to people. They were rude to my son. After all people are paying for the services so they have right to ask questions. If a doctor feels that he is educated than people coming to visit him are not illiterate. There are many options don’t visit him….

Worst doctor...looting people....if you go for any problem, he will just give specs without listening patient problem.

Pathetic experience This doctor and the staff has 0 etiquette in dealing with patients and people who come along with patient. Blunt and rude behaviour. Highly unprofessional and unwelcoming people. I won't recommended any one to visit this hospital, there are a lot better options available in Udaipur for eye check up and treatments facilities at lesser charges.

It's a very crowded place, as you enter you see huge number of people.....be ready to wait for more than an hour

Giving one start because there is nothing lower than it. Poor appointment schedule management. Even after taking appointment had to wait for more than an hour before anyone could take a look at my eyes. On top of that when I enquired how much more do I have to wait, the staff and the doctor became very rude. I didn't get my eyes checked over there because of the rude behavior of staff and doctor. If I had an option I would have given them -5 rating.

Please especially during covid time do not visit him. Did a big mistake. No sanitisation, the staff wears masks below nose. The doctor asks to pull off the mask while putting your chin on the machine, no social distancing. Speaks rudely, has no dressing sense, doesn't diagnose properly. Takes out wrong eye number. Passes on awful comments. Very good place to increase the number of covid cases in the city. It seems there is no covid there. Hats off. The doctor is interested in minting money.

I visited Dr Anjana Verma.. Let me tell you.. she is the Worst doctor.. not at all professional… so rude with her patients… she actually started disrespecting me and asked me to go .. said jao yaha se… when I started asking questions.. worst experience ever…. Doctors are supposed to be blessings or hope for patients but this woman doesn’t even know how to talk to people.. never felt such disrespect in my life..
