Titan Eye+ at celebration Mall, Udaipur,

Extremely poor service. Very bad quality product (might be off market Chinese product sold by shop in name of titan) as it all fall apart in record time. No service or support extended. Better avoid. But from local shop or other chains. Ratings seems purchased as service is definitely not 4.9 star in any way or sense. Only people with 1-2 reviews have given 5 star whole everyone with multiple reviews have given 1 star. Level of fraud everywhere.

Eye testing staff is performing their duties very well but Sales Person staff are not clear about the pricing and quality of the products (lenses). Initially I was advised the pricing for lenses (two pairs) INR 5600 and charged INR 6300 later. The reasons explained were not convincing and satisfactory. Could not get clarity about the thickness of the lenses. I am yet to receive my products. I wish I will get better product after paying higher pricing.

An excellent store with a wide collection of glasses to chose from. Mr Prakash was very helpful and positive in his approach while dealing with customers and provided valuable feedback to us to enable us chose the right product. He also ensured a prompt delivery schedule and regular updates about preparation of glasses which led to our utmost satisfaction with product as well as service rendered. An absolute 5/5

I've had the worst experience here. Can't trust this. These are fake reviews. I've been in a big fraud. If you're thinking of taking glasses from here, take from another store of titan but don't take it from here at celebration mall.Also very rude behaviour of saleswoman
