Had my LASIK procedure done at Eagle Eye Centre with Dr. Lim and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Dr. Lim was professional, patient and explained everything clearly, which really put me at ease. The procedure was quick and smooth, and the results have been amazing — clear vision without glasses for the first time in years! Highly recommend both Dr. Lim and the team at Eagle Eye for anyone considering LASIK.

Had my LASIK procedure done in May 2024 by Dr Harold Choi. I had some issues with my eyesight immediately following my surgery but was already warned about the risks beforehand. The immediate follow-up for the next 3 months was good, and so was the aftercare. I am glad to report that now almost a year on, my eyesight is pretty much stable.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent care I received throughout the entire process. His calm and confident approach made a significant difference in easing my concerns. I would also like to extend special thanks to Patient Finance Counsellor, Ms. Siti, and Nurse, Ms. Nor. On 2 May, prior to my right eye surgery, I visited the clinic for further clarification regarding the lens options. After speaking with Dr. Stephen, I was still feeling uncertain and overwhelmed. Ms. Siti noticed my state of mind and kindly took the time to speak with me. She listened with empathy, shared her experience and knowledge, and assured me she would follow up after my surgery on 5 May—which she did, just as promised. Her heartfelt care and dedication were truly remarkable. She exemplifies what it means to serve patients with compassion and professionalism, and I believe she deserves special recognition. Ms. Nor was equally outstanding. She patiently explained the adjustment process and consistently offered kind reassurance with a warm smile. Smooth, painless LASIK at Mt Alvernia—all done in one day! Dr Jacob’s expertise and professionalism put me completely at ease. Highly recommend for anyone considering vision correction.

Honestly the most stupid unorganized clinic I’ve been to in my life. My appointment was at 10am and we had already seen the doctor a week prior to get the necessary tests done so when we made this appointment it was just for the consultation. We even have written proof on WhatsApp while making this appointment that it’s just consultation. We arrive and they suddenly ask us to do the exact same tests we did 1 week ago. We came here for cataract surgery consultation. Nothing is going to change in a week. So they said yeah nothing will and so just please wait for the doctor to call you for consultation. 1 hour later, we asked the nurse how long. They said they do not know. The doctor sees the files and decides who to call. It’s not based on when we called you in as that’s for testing. I was furious. There should be a proper system in place where it’s based on appointment. Not when the doctor feels like he wants to. It’s honestly one of the most disorganized doctors I’ve ever met In my life. It’s honestly disgusted and will never come back here

Finally writing my review after more than a month from my SmilePro procedure. The whole process from registration till the end of the procedure was all done within half a day. I arrived at the clinic at 11am for registration, eye assessment and counseling to assess my eye suitability and understanding of the option for LASIK. The whole SmilePro procedure took less than 30mins, including preparation, eye drop and undergoing the surgery. I specially chose this clinic for the SmilePro procedure after online research that they have the latest SmilePro technology machine and the lasik per eye is under 10 second, and true enough the procedure was extremely fast, I experience minimal discomfort (you know, it’s still a surgery after all) and no pain at all throughout the whole treatment, including post treatment. The clinic staff and doctor are all very friendly and professional. The process was extremely seemless, there was no confusion and no frustration at all, everything was clearly communicated and efficiently carried out. Definitely recommend for people considering to do the SmilePro procedure at this clinic and special thanks to my doctor Wesley Chong!🫶

Dr Wesley and the nurses/staff were very clear on their instructions and what to expect during the ICL procedure. I was constantly checked on to see if any discomfort, and written instructions were provided for post-op eye care. Overall a very good experience with EEC!!

I want to thanks two doctors here. 1) Dr Harold Choi - On 27 Mar my daughter seen him on a last minute booking near noon time as she injured her cornea and see double vision. We called 9.45 am and got a slot at 11.30 am. He accepted to see my daughter after a long procedure. Although it’s near noon time by the time he was out from procedure, he conducted all necessary tests on my daughter to check both outer and inner eye. We finished around 12.30pm. We really appreciated his efforts. The clinic was quite empty during the lunch time and left us ( me and daughter) and he the only doctor left behind. He is super professional, caring and hardworking doctor! 2) Dr Jacob Cheng He performed a procedure to remove chalazion from my daughter eye lip on 19 Mar. He does not have any air and very friendly towards both my daughter and me. After removed the chalazion, he even came out of the procedure room and showed to me the thing that he removed as I was outside waiting. He explained to us how to take care of the eye and assured us everything will be alright. Most important, as a senior consultant he is so down to earth and approachable. His skill is also super good as my daughter feels much better after a few days. We are glad to have both of the two doctors in this clinic. Thank you so much!
