Dr. Paul Zhao is an exceptional eye specialist! He was incredibly calm and thorough, making the entire process smooth and reassuring. His attention to detail and clear explanations stood out. Dr Chng has been an exceptionally positive, friendly and assuring doctor. While we expected to have a late appt, we were given a date in the same month, much to our relief as my husband’s eyesight was getting worse. For all the times we went there for checkup, we were attended by different staff professionally. We were explained throughly on the cost, procedure from start to finish. We are now done with the left eye and is due for the right eye. We are very happy with the progress - he can now see much better nd clearer with the left eye and doesn’t even need to wear anymore glasses! a friend of mine recommending me to get a consultation with Dr Chng, after reading some review at first worry about the waiting time. Yes I will need to wait for a while for my turn but the consultation is good and very professional. maybe it's just me that something as precious as vision worth a wait.
