Very friendly staff who recommended and let me try on various sunglasses to find the suitable one. After which they also cleaned and made adjustments for the right fit. Gave a good price on it and warranty is even included, also letting me know the details and care know-hows. A very pleasant shopping experience, recommended!

Very friendly staff and a variety of lenses to choose from, manage to choose a lense within 10 min of comming into the store and everything took less than 1 hour. Would recommend even if you have experience choosing the right spectacles for you.

Experience with Eye Story was a amazing. My daughter needed a pair of glasses so while walking around in the new Sengkang grand mall we spotted this shop. They have a huge selection of all kinds of frames from adults to kids and a clean and comfortable environment. The team was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. They were very helpful when I wanted to know more about myopia control lenses for kids. Friendly and highly experience folks, especially this humourous staff Andy. Keep up the great work!!!

An outlet you must visit if you want to do trendy and durable spectacles, or even contact lenses. I was approached by Andy and Xinyi to assist me in my contact lens journey and they have high level of patience and experience to recommend me the right brand for my dry eyes. Will definitely come again!

This is my 1st time prescribing Progressive Lenses. I didn’t experience any of the giddiness that most 1st timers using progressive usually experience that friends warned me about.
