Have the most pleasant and wonderful experience here at First Eyewear Centre. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. The environment is very comfortable and they have lots of selections for specs. All the staff are very experience, professional and detail with their explanations. Especially Mr Tan Si Rui, he’s very detail when he is explaining to me about the check for my eyes.

Such an amazing experience! Did a full eye check that I never knew existed. Always thought checking our eyes would be a very simplified process to get your glasses prescribed. My friend recommended me to this place and the staff were very professional! They also have wide ranges of frames to choose! For someone who has never done a proper eye check before, highly recommend you to this shop! Best of all they didn't just tell me to buy a glasses because of my issues, they explained in their professional judgement if i need one or not.

Optometrist Chimene was really patient with the eye checks, walking me through my eyes condition and I was recommended a pair of glasses that best fit my daily use/activities! First class service. Was attended to by Kolin who was patient, friendly and very knowledgeable, offering great advice on frames and eye care. No aggressive upselling at all or trying to make this a quick in and out to move on to the next customer. The whole service experience was warm and attentive to my needs and questions. 10/10 would recommend and stay on as a repeat customer.

Amazing place for you to make a pair of prescription glasses! I was tended to by Chimene and she was highly professional and thorough with her eye check and eye wear recommendations. During a recent health screening I was recommended to get a retinal scan. A quick google search showed this place was local to me. I was seen by Dr. Tan who was professional, patient, and took the time to explain everything in great detail. The tests were very thorough and he provided good advice on how to look after my eyesight. Certainly one of the best clinic experiences! I also very much appreciate the responsive appointment booking via WhatsApp, reasonable costs, and well equipped clinic. Highly recommended!

I had left my eyewear cleaning cloth in Cambodia where I am residing and was looking for something to clean my glasses Stumbled upon First Eyewear Centre along East Coast Rd. I was recommended a few options . They were being my budget. The counter gentleman kindly gave me a cleaning cloth and said " no charge" Am overwhelmed by his kindness.
