Dr Livia Teo is highly competent, great bedside manners, empathetic, giving patients confidence in her advice. Her nurses are really competent and highly skilled too. Very professional team. I’m glad I saw these google reviews which made me decide to see her, and am paying it forward by giving feedback on this platform too.

Came to Dr Livia to get my eyes checked. She is very knowledgeable, gentle and kind. Gives the patient confidence and reassurance in her care. The clinic staff are also courteous and professional. Highly recommend this excellent eye doctor!

Came in through A&E and Dr Livia came within half an hour despite not being on-site. She had amazing bedside manners, very professional and was very gentle during the entire consult. For many reasons, most people would not expect a great experience from visiting a doctor or clinic, but the excellent service and professionalism of Dr. Livia and her team stand out from the rest. Dr. Livia’s politeness & patience quickly alleviated my anxiety. I am also very impressed by her gentle, yet professional way of handling her patients (based on my observation). The two optometrists who conducted vision tests on me were also friendly & gave clear instructions (in a nice & unhasty tone) for each test. Even the counter staff who assisted me was polite. I’m not a VIP, but I was treated with respect and care that make me feel like one.

I have never seen an eye doctor cos the thought of anyone flipping my eyelids up scare me. 😅 But Dr Livia has this super sweet and charming demeanour and kept chatting with me while she did all the eye checks that people above 40 need! She even flipped my eyelids so gently I had no idea it was done. Love the gentle way she talks and how she is so patient with everyone. I felt really reassured and well taken care of throughout the whole experience ☺️
