I had cataracts over both eye which was very bad and I went to them for second opinion. Dr David Goh was friendly and professional, explaining my options and exceeded my expectations. Surgery was scheduled very soon after the first consultation. Overall service was great, the surgery was essentially painless and now my vision is fully restored. Would highly recommend.

I was wearing the high degree glasses from last 28yrs, I was diagnosed with Cataract in both eyes during my visit to India after consulted two eye specialists at age of 43. My vision in left eye went very bad within 6 months. I was managing my job and daily life with my right eye. I had done research on the internet to find a good eye surgeon in SG and we short listed three. Our first appointment was with Dr David Goh. During our visit, Dr Goh did various tests and also explained to us in details about the cataract operation & the choices of lens available. Based on my job and age, Dr Goh suggested to go for EDoF lens in both eyes, that should correct the near, intermediate and far vision. After our 1st visit, we decided to go ahead with Dr Goh and did not consult other specialists due to our confidence in Dr Goh. Cataract surgery was done on my left eye first with EDoF lens aim to correct the near and intermediate vision. Right eye surgery was done a week later to correct the far vision using EDoF lens. Few days after the surgery, my vision is very good, I can read the small text on mobile and computer and my far vision is excellent without wearing glasses. I am glasses free. I am very grateful and thankful to Dr David Goh for his outstanding job. In addition, I am also thankful to the team of support staff that provided necessary support to claim the NTUC Income Insurance and MediShield. I recently had the experience of my dad undergoing laser cataract surgery and lens implantation at the Eye Center, and I couldn't be more impressed with the whole process. From the initial consultation to the surgery itself, everything was smooth and efficient. Dr. Lim and Dr. Wu were exceptionally professional, taking the time to explain complex medical details in a way that was easy to understand, and give recommendations in a way that still left the final verdict to us, which is very pleasant and comfortable. They were patient and thorough, ensuring we felt comfortable every step of the way. The nursing team was also outstanding. Special mention goes to Joyce, who provided excellent financial counseling and guidance throughout. She was incredibly attentive, always taking our concerns seriously and offering prompt responses. Joyce demonstrated true bilingualism, which was especially important as my parents only speak Chinese. Her ability to communicate in both languages made a significant difference and helped ease any concerns we had.

Exceptional and professional service rendered by Dr David Goh for my husband's eye problems. We went to see Dr David Goh last year late July where my husband was diagnosed with not only glaucoma in his right eye but also cataract in both his eyes. Dr Goh suggested that my husband undergo the cataract surgery first on his right eye to be followed three days later for his left eye. My husband is 70 years old and we were very scared and worried about these cataract surgeries but Dr David Goh was very patient and he listened to all our worries and he explained in details what's going to be done during the cataract surgery and also the after care. Dr David Goh allayed all our fears of any surgeries with regards to the eyes. Prior to each cataract surgery, Dr David Goh's clinical staff were also very professional doing all the necessary test for the eyes and Dr David Goh would then explain to us on the outcome of these test results. The nurses also go through and demonstrate to us on lessons as to how to clean the eyes after surgery to avoid any infections. The nursing staff were also very patient with us when we asked them to explain again and go through this little lesson on keeping the eyes clean. My husband had a superb and fast recovery from both cataract surgeries and doing the routine follow up appointments with Dr David Goh for his eye care and glaucoma. I had my laser-assisted cataract surgery with Dr David Goh couple months ago, and I've been very pleased with the results. Dr Goh communicated his diagnosis and explained the procedure very clearly. The operations were performed on two consecutive days, each taking about 20-30 minutes and were painless. My eyes were functional within a few hours after each surgery, and I no longer need glasses.
