Before I came in this OJO shop I went to another shop not to mention the shop it was also in Parkway Parade Mall, and they said they can't fix for me cause it was not their brand I felt bad for this. And I walk around again to see another shop and I saw this OJO Optometrist I try my luck to approach the lady if possible they can fix for me, I mentioned to her that I bought this in another shop, she told me they try to fix it but if once broken it's not their accountability I said yes please try for me, and they fixed for me and they don't charge me for their services. They are kind and good people willing to help others in need. Thank you so much for your kindness and may God bless you both.🙏

Good service, Mr Lee was very knowledgeable and provided valuable insight about purchasing contact lenses. Le Yi was very helpful and went the extra mile to ensure an accurate and smooth eye test. Tricia was also prompt and alert at providing assistance. Would highly recommend to come here to get eye checks / glasses / contacts.

My legs of my specs was off. I brought it into the shop OJO and they fixed it for me , no charge and I did not even buy the specs from the shop. Service was great , professional and yes , the girl that served me, smiled several times !!

Dropped by OJO Optical last week and collected my new specs today. I’d heard a lot about their service, and they definitely lived up to the reputation. I’ve been getting double vision with my 5-year-old glasses, so I went in for a detailed eye check. Kang assisted me throughout the process — step by step, clear and professional. They’ve even got a new machine that checks the overall health of your eyes, which was pretty impressive! Thanks to Kang and the team at OJO Optical. See you again in 5 years — hopefully not sooner!

I made a pair of glasses at OJO Optometrist in 2018 and my experience was good. The optician was professional and did the necessary checks on my eyes. 7 years on, I decided to return to purchase multi-focal contact lens. I've never wore contact lens in my life as I had perfect eyesight. I decided to return to OJO Optometrist to check out multi-focal contact lens. I was serviced by Tricia. She is patient and explained clearly the use and purpose of the multi-focal contact lens. She spent 45 mins to check my eyes and then showed me how to put on and remove the contact lens which is very helpful as it was my first time. Thanks to her patience and great customer service, I tried on contact lens for the first time with ease. I have returned to purchase monthly contact lens and am glad that I returned to OJO.

Great service, offering good products with low prices - got a pair of blue light reading glasses for $170 within 30 mins as a walk-in customer. This was a pleasant change from the fancy spectacle shops which have popped up in many malls charging $300 and above. Will definitely be back
