I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Johnson and his team. Despite the severe pain from my corneal erosion, they were incredibly gentle and patient throughout the examination. Their calm demeanor and skillful handling made me feel reassured and cared for during a difficult time. The patient service associates are very responsive and friendly too. I truly appreciate their expertise and compassionate approach to patient care.

Dr Foo Fong Yee has been the only eye doctor we have seen for our family. She’s patient, detailed and always take time to explain the findings as well as things to do and not to do, to maintain good eye health. In our world of technology, this speciality has become an important part of our life and I would highly recommend Dr Foo if you’re looking for someone kind and caring for an honest diagnosis. No doubt she’s working from a private hospital, she continues to play an instrumental role in nation-building support in local government hospitals. My family and I have been visting the eye centre for the past 5 years, and recently it seems like they are trying to squeeze every dollar possible. Requested for a 1-liner memo to mention that it is a follow-up visit as required by insurance and was told that the management has recently implemented a $15-$20 charge for it. While I understand that cost has escalated which is already reflected in the increased billings, I find that charging so much for a piece of straight-forward memo is outright money-grubbing. I will be moving myself and my family business elsewhere

Have arranged to pick up three eyedrop lights for my daughter through phone calls. Front desk nurse verified my information in a flash, but pharmacist takes extremely long time to process. Been waited for 45 mins and sti waiting. All the seats are already empty now, but still no response even after 1 chaser at 35mins

Did my lasik with Dr Johnson back in May and i would say the experience was very good. Dr Johnson and team was very reassuring and helped me feel at ease during the procedure though my eyes had some condition. Each visit was a light hearted one and Dr Johnson takes priority in his patient’s wellbeing and keeps follow up checks frequent to ensure all is well. Although my lasik was a success…but my eye condition (not lasik related) also sparked his concern..he really takes care of his patients la.. Not forgetting The nurses and assistants who was involved in my lasik journey..they made my procedure less scary and were very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend my friends and relatives to find Dr Johnson for lasik!

I am greatly appreciate of the care and attention from Dr Marcus Tan Chiang Lee, to my relative who suffered an emergency when visiting Singapore. Everything was efficient, kind, and you saved their sight. Will be forever grateful.
