It was my first visit to Your Eye Guardian and I was impressed by Mr. Benny Chang’s knowledge and professionalism. From the start, Mr Benny Chang does a thorough eye check-up before he makes a recommendation. At every stage of the check-up, Mr Benny Chang explains the condition of each eye and where there is technical terminology, he explains them to me clearly in layman’s terms. Mr Benny Chang also chose the lenses and frame for me according to the latest cutting-edge technology in optometry. Thank you Mr Benny Chang. Greatly appreciate what you’ve done for me.

I was warmly received at the Eye Guardian by optometrist Benny. The eye checks conducted were detailed and professional. I was especially pleased with the detailed explanation given every step of the check and assessment. Even during the selection of the frame, the staff was helpful and provided constructive suggestions. It was a really pleasant experience overall. Highly recommended.

Was referred to Benny by a friend and had 2 specs made. Benny was warm and thorough with my eye examination. It was a nice surprise when he offered to send me photos of what goes behind my eyeballs.and provided clear explanations even better than one of the 2 ophthalmologists whom I saw and I appreciate that he doesn't rush in his work and gave his undivided attention for my case or the client sitting in front of him instead of multi-tasking. I also appreciate his staff, Steven, who attended to me with patience and a good listening ear for my spec selection. Excellent professional service Mr. Benny Good morning Many thanks for both photos duly received Frankly, this is my first time I have encountered an extremely professional optical shop at your premises 3 of you including Mr. Steven at age 84 have conducted different professional tasks using very advance optical equipments to carry out the in-depth checking on both sides of my eye It was worthy for me to travel almost an hour journey by MRT from NorthShore Dr., to your optical shop at 18, Jalan Membina. Once again, greatly appreciated and many thanks to 3 of you.

My mum and I had an excellent experience at Your Eye Guardian. The team was incredibly friendly and professional. They took the time to explain everything to us in detail, ensuring my mum and I understood our eye health and the options available for our prescription. The selection of eyewear was fantastic, and we managed to find the perfect pair of glasses that suit us.

Enjoy the session. Affordable started spectacles for going to class. $98/- promo. The test are great way to discover your mars in your eyes. Very interesting went for promotion. I needs a rough use glass. Good service fast. Can scale promo:$98 / $158 etc if people want more specific glasses

Scammed. Had a booking at 5:15 that was confirmed multiple times by multiple WhatsApp messages and voice calls but was replaced last minute while I was on the way. When I asked for help to check and asked why, no reasons were given and kept repeating saying I can rebook. They even said they prioritise appointments but they just replaced mine? Very lousy experience. If pre sales is like that, I can’t imagine post sales. I feel that my confirmed appointment was not respected and definitely not valued as a potential customer. Avoid at all costs!
