My mother went here for a general eye checkup trusting this doctor as an efficient one in the town.. the dr. Suggested to wear specs and refused to give the prescription And also asked to buy specs from her own shop. So my mother agreed. But they made lots of confusions before delivering the specs that my mother ordered..the person who is employed in the opticals received an initial payment from us but failed to note that down.. today (26/12/24) we received a call from the clinic asking for extra amount which they forgot to note..To err is human, so that when my parents tried to explain the doctor what exactly has happened..she never listened instead she supported her employee..and also behaved rudely and also accused my parents as cheaters.. she also behaved like that she is giving those specs as free of cost... we never needed such in our life..We are true to our conscience and the almighty. When you did not do anything and face such false accusations it hurts very deeply.. thats why i did this post and comment.. We have never seen such a rude doctor in our life. A big no to this clinic.. when you hold a prestigious position please add some value to that.. dont lose ur dignity through such bad behaviour to your patients who trusts you blindly..

I went for refractory error correction for my son.The doctor attended our concerns properly and prescribed the correct glasses for my son...overall a very good experience High would highly recommend this clinic
