The clinic is well-maintained, and the staff is very responsive. They provide clear explanations and educate customers calmly, which is excellent. However, there is no separate banner or signboard in English, making it difficult to know about the clinic. I was also unaware of its existence for the past year until my friend informed me about it. Currently, they are offering free consultations.

I visited Dr Agarwals Eye Clinic Arakkonam for my mom eye checkup. They check and explained about the problem and solutions both. And I purchased one protector glass. It's was nice and kind experience from the clinic staff.

Good ambiance and service is good and the video consultation is available so Agarwal is always best now in our town so use it
