Very nice and affordable hospital. The treatment is actually good and the staffs also very kind. A special thanks to Dr Rangini who is so polite and takes care of all the patients. In this hospital only, Catract eye surgery was done for my father who is well and good now. Overall thanks to all of them..

Improper air conditioner and asked staff to switch on the electric fans, but they said no need as AC is running. But poor ac performance as more than 100 patients made to wait in the waiting hall, no floor cleaning done. Only 2 restrooms for OP that too not cleaned periodically. Totally disappointed with the staffs who show off their face if patients ask for any help.

dr. Vaishali is very polite towards patients and explains all my questions with patience.visited her 2-3 times. Very happy with the care Would suggest her to my friends and family

I VISITED BEENT HOSPITAL TODAY and was extremely disappointed with the services.I arrrived at morning 10.00 Am and was a token with a scheduled appointment time of 2.30 pm . However I was not called for check-up until 3.30pm. *Issues* - Long wait time: I waited for 5 hours, which is unacceptable. - No consideration for patient comfort: I was not offered any food or water during my wait, and I had to sit for an extended period without any breaks. - Poor communication: There was no clear communication about the delay or the status of my appointment. *Suggestions* - Improve scheduling and communication: Ensure that patients are informed about any delays or changes to their appointment schedule. - Provide basic amenities: Offer food, water, and comfortable seating to patients during their wait. - Train staff: Provide staff with training on patient care and communication to improve the overall experience. *Rating* 1/5 stars BAD HOSPITAL

Iam writing my experience about Beent hospital. We are happy to say my husband had a Cataract operation done successfully. Dr.Rangini Amma is treatment is Excellent and Very good.All the Staff are good doing good job's Especially take caring old age people. Good treatment and affordable price for Eye Surgery. Totally disappointed with Their worse staff behaviour very very rude on speech to the patients i didnt seen my entire life journey.. Doctor must re evalute the staff and In charges behaviour else doctor must loose their earned name and valuable business

Excellent treatment for eyes. Service is good. More poor peoples use this facility.
