Very good staff and service! The person who checked my eyes explained the issue clearly and patiently guided me on what to do next. I had a mild headache and some eye strain. After the check-up, it turned out there wasn’t any significant power issue—just a slight problem. He mentioned it could be due to overstrain or dryness. Usually, optical shops tend to push customers into buying glasses for profit, but here, he genuinely advised me to consult a doctor and get my eyes dilated for a more thorough check-up. The shop is also well-maintained, and the service was completely free. Thank you!

I bought a new frame for my specs @ Life Vision in Mahindra city. Also ordered a new pair of lens and a frame for my wife. The prices of good quality / rich look frames are very reasonable. Most importantly, the support staff named Mr. Arun is very friendly and understands the requirements of the customer very clearly. Moreover, he is patient enough in explaining things to us. I ordered glasses for my daughter from this store. My daughter only wanted certain type of frame which was not available in their store. Earlier we went around looking for the frame in many shops. The manager of this shop was very courteous and helpful. He was kind enough to get the frame we wanted from the city and our glasses were ready in 3 working days. This optical shop in Mahindra City is a boon to the people here. They have all international brands of glasses and rates are very competitive. Service is good and prompt in delivery. Glass power is very accurately done as per prescription. After defects in power or adaptability etc doesn't arise at all.

This was my first glass,so with lots n lots of hesitation I went in, but d collection of frames they had was totally awesome.
