Health Care Hospital

Worst hospital I have ever seen in my life. Worst customer service and power cut while I am in the middle of eye test on one machine. Believe me I have waited 2 hour 40 minute to retake the test.because they have a problem with generator. Simply they are saying that generator is not working so wait for some time. Now a days even in supermarkets we could see generators are working within fraction of second. Here the hospital don't have responsibility to maintain everything.please don't come and waste your money.

Came here for a simple procedure for my mom. Staffs and doctors were very courteous and they attended us quite fast. The entire procedure got over quickly than we anticipated. They also explained everything clearly. Would recommend for people seeking a good hospital.

Excellent service by every one. Doctor Lalithas patience is precious. Her PA is appreciable for her co ordination and communication. Surgeons r good at their service Other subordinates r good All the best May u continue ur service to the society

Last week I had visited.. Very good staff and doctor.. Friendly interaction.. They are very detailed about what we have asked... There are clarifying all our questions.. Telling exactly what will happen & what will be the precautions..

Diagonised wrong, very high short sight power reading. By getting suspicious at the huge number, I rechecked in a different place before taking the glasses. The power reading was low. The value is checked by 3 persons in this hospital before the patients get to know what is the problem and all 3 confirmed the same wrong reading.

Ac available but not using only fan and staff behaviour was wrost. no response please don't come the ambthur vasan eye care

Two days back i saw advertising from thanthi news paper for free eye check up camp all branches I'm contacting my father eye check up today 2pm appointment ambattur branch we are going 1.45pm staff are saying doctors not available you will come 4pm but doctors available in the rooms not attend free eye check up patients it's a fack advertising and worst management and staff member and worst ambattur branch

Right now at this so called branded Vasan eye care at ambattur. Really guys should have gone by the reviews and stayed away from this place. They say the hospital opens by 9 AM and we are waiting here like fools and the staffs come in one by one by 10.15 AM. These guys don't value others time. The hilight is receptionist she was late to work and behaves in an arrogant manner to all the visitors including the patients. When I asked her why she is behaving like this and pin pointed that the mistake is on her side, she responded saying I shouldn't be talking about her timings. I definetly won't recommend this place because of what I experienced at the reception. Forgot to mention this is my first time to Vasan. Yet to meet the doctor, let me see how best they are...
