Doctor Treatment is very good but they won't give Any documents for Treatment done, No documentation or receipt for Glasses or lenses which is only concern, No receipt provided which lenses are fitted in frame

Very wrost money minded and treatment also not good. Equipment also very old. Wantely they ask you to come second day for collecting 200rs. You can check your eye power in optical shop instead of checking here that will be better. Very very worst doctor. Please don't waste your money and your time here.

I visited here for general Eye Check-up. The premises have Eye and Dental Clinic in Ground and First Floors respectively. Also an Opticals Shop is available inside Eye Clinic. Reception staffs are very responsible and kind. A Junior Doctor is employed to first do preliminary check ups, she used to be very gentle and explains things very well as we ask questions. Doctor Sir is also very responsible. I have good consultation overall. Consultation fees is Rs.500. Other OT cares like, Contract Lens, Cataract Surgery is done here. Situated in prime location. You can park your Bike inside the premises.

Experience with Hospital Visit and Follow-Up Charges:ended up paying 700rs. I called the hospital to inquire about the timings. The nurse said 8:30 pm was fine. I visited the doctor, had my retina examined, paid 500, and was asked by the doctor to come back the next day for further verification of my vision. It was already 9 pm, and I needed to wait for another half an hour. When we visited the hospital again, a different doctor verified my eyesight and took us to the original doctor. The doctor then confirmed that I needed to wear glasses. Since the cost of the glasses was high at the hospital, I decided to buy them elsewhere. However, the nurse charged me an additional 200 for what they considered a second visit. I'm unsure if this is their usual practice of charging patients for a follow-up visit.

High waiting time , I experienced the same second time as well. Not sure, why this much of time to see the doctor even in less crowded situation. Highly not recommending...

Wonderful experience with Chennai Eye care located at velachery. Dr. Manohar is a wonderful surgeon, and the staff is always helpful and kind. They ensured I had a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up. I am so glad I chose Chennai Eye care for my LASIK and would highly recommend to anyone.

My mother's cataract surgery in both eyes got over well. The doctor and hospital staff provided kind and very good timely treatment, which provided encouragement for my mother. Good pre/post operation care advice/support was provided without additional fees and all required receipts were supplied by the hospital. There has been good progress for my mother's eyes after surgery.
