Right from the first day of eye checkup to the doctors prescription to the final end product of receiving my glasses but the treatment was costly and as well the glasses. Dr. Srinivas K Rao was very polite and detailed. The surgery went very smoothly, we also want to thank the hospital. The staffs are very courteously in the waiting area and testing rooms right from the registration. They also give detailed explanation for the medicine schedule and any other doubts.The process and step by procedure in the hospital are so systematic. Billing takes time depending upon the crowd.For insurance details who has cleared all the queries raised by the insurance company. Thank you for all your support!! Awesome hospital where we get good treatment as well as personal care. Right from doctor till the staff, everyone is so courteous and take care if us. Unlike other hospitals which gives us a corporate set up and feel, here, patients’ wellness and care is given priority. Got a call from hospital after surgery, to check if I removed the blind and wore glasses. That is the extent to which personal care is given priority. Had cateract surgery of both eyes done at ease here 👍🏼

Visited the eye care centre for my dad DSEC surgery and was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the treatment provided. The procedure was well explained by Dr. Sanjeev sir. All our queries were well addressed with care. His approach towards the patient was much comforting and assuring.
