Very friendly and objective. Dr. Vaishnavi was extremely throriugh and patient with me. The technicians and the doctors are focussed, but are not pushy. They give time to clarify things and help ease our concerns. In case there is any underlying causes, they take time to understand and suggest best alternative actions or procedures rather than ficusing on the eye power alone. They inform the patient to the best of their ability and are more concerned about the patient. Another thing I noticed about their professionalism is that they do not breate or badmouth any other eyecare provider. They keep it simple and clean, while ensuring best care for the patient. I would recommend them also, if you feel you need to take glasses, best to have them evaluate your condition before going to a spec maker, don't do it the other way around like I did, 😅. Mr. Ricky also took his time to understand and clarify my questions with my glasses.
