We done an oculoplasty surgery for my son 6yrs old recently eye drooping lid correction done in both eyes n v feel very much satisfactorily. Dr.Priti Uday is very kind, good looking, enthusiastic,talented etc n take care of my kid very well and engage with him very effectively for a better result. Doctor way of guidance and prior consultation is very comprising and pleasant in manner which gives more confidence on her profession. In other hospitals,they said two stage of operation to be required for my son eventhough perfect shape would not be brought for eyes but Dr.Priti Uday done all the correction on single surgery n brought proper eye shape. Few hours surgery makes a fantastical, differential look on my kid face makes him more cute and this surgery feels him a positivity in his mind. I've undergone eyelid reconstruction surgery(ptosis correction) in drr hospital done by Dr. Priti Uday. Now I feel better and my eyes look symmetric now. And I'm very much satisfied.

The first reason which made me to take up my Ptosis surgery is that I wasn’t confident of myself whilst attending online meeting or meeting anyone in person and I was confused, scared and double minded of getting an surgery done to my eyes at this point of life. I decided to go with an consultation first. I wanted an online consultation as I reside in London. I did my basic research in choosing the best doctor and I was convinced with Dr. Preeti Udhay. I spoke with her through an online call at first. She explained things in a layman terms which helped me to understand what will I be going through. Frankly speaking, I had second opinion with a other hospital but then I decided to go with Dr. Preeti as I felt safe in her hands. I explained my situation, my planned leave and my return date to her. She gave me a schedule which suited my availability as well. My pre-op procedures were well explained and instructions were given perfectly. During the day of operation, the doctors and nurses made me to stay calm by giving me a huge confidence and explained me how the procedure is going to be done. The operation was real quick and it was not bad as I thought it would be. The post-op treatment again was explained well and medicines were given. The best thing I liked about DRR hospital is that I was asked to visit hospital frequently based on my recovery speed. I was asked to visit hospital for follow ups which actually gave me the confidence of speedy recovery. It’s been almost 15 days now since my surgery and I find an amazing improvement. I am still waiting for the final result as I am still in the recovery process but I am very happy about the results I have got until now. I am now confident whilst attending meeting through online. I got my ptosis correction surgery done by Dr. Priti Udhay. She is a veteran in this field and I got good results after surgery. I would highly recommend this place for any eye related or occuloplasty related problems, I got couple of surgery done from a very reputed hospital but the results weren’t great, Dr. Priti knows what she is doing and I vouch she is the best. There are also provisions for sorting your expenses with insurance, the hospital staffs help with those too. The staffs are supportive and their hospitality is good. The hospital is very clean and hygienic. Overall without any hesitation I would recommend DRR to others.

Myself ArshadShaik, I had a tragic bike accident in the month of March 2022. I had multiple facial fractures including orbital fracture. First I had undergone a plastic surgery where doctor had repaired only zygomatic and after that surgery I got diplopia. To correct the diplopia  I had SECOND surgery in LVPEI Hyderabad (I don't want to mention doctor's name) and my problem of diplopia remained same as they didnt do perfect surgery which has to be done. I was depressed about my condition and came to know about Dr. Priti Uday Ma'am. I met her for the suggestion and she clearly explained what to be done to resolve my issue. My THIRD surgery was done in the month of December by Dr. Priti Uday and her Team. My issue of diplopia is not cured now and I am confident that. My facial asymmetry also not corrected. I left with a ugly scar on the corner of my eye due to early removal of sutures.I am writing so lengthy review to help others to find out right doctor without wasting time. I am editing this review after 11 months of my surgery again, I ended up with wasting my hard earned 3.5 LAKH rupees for the surgery. I am heavily charged to get my issue resolved which is not happened. I am facing lot of complications after surgery This Reply is to Answer to the respected Doctor & Team After the surgery gone wrong we may cover our negligence with technical and medical terminology what you replied. Here I am giving some of the Questions answer honestly if you can 1. My earlier surgeries never had more implants except one orbital mesh, then what is the point about earlier Scars ? 2. My left eye ugly scar is because of the early removal of sutures, isn't tat true or not ? 3. Before surgery also I was said tat it will be a long procedure around 5 to 6 hours, but the surgery done was in 1.30 hrs only, it was done in hurry burry aspect ? 4. My main concern is to get the bony correction and my eye was sunken. What you have done is only plating the fractures without placing the bone in right position and left my eye sunken even after surgery ? 5. I had sutures on the left ear, without removing you people sent me out. After going half way I came back to inform you about the non removal of sutures then you recognised to remove them is tat true or not ? All my doctors still doesn't know why this incision was made ? 6. You said that the surgery will be done in the navigation protocol to match the appropriate dimensions of the bone. Have you performed my surgery with the navigation protocol ? 7. I followed up as per the given schedule to the hospital, but you claim that I am failed to do so. Shall I upload my appointments ? 8. I am ready to prove your negligence in performing my surgery with my team of doctors are you ready to accept this challenge ? We will have a video recording of my doctors council with you and let us upload this to the youtube so that people can know the facts If they are doing this to advocate like me, how about the common people they are dealing ? I accept that You are a busy doctor but the way you performed my surgery was a clear case of negligence. Inspite of contacting to know about the patient you are trying to cover with such words that mistake is from my end. This is not at all acceptable.
