He guided us to choose a right eye wear on a professional manner.

Fairly experienced staff, Their dedication is amazing. They spend extra time in helping us in eye tests, selection of the right lenses and frame. L& M ,aged century and half, but modern and trendy. Have all the latest models in lenses, frames and equipments for testing and measurement process. Ms Shakila, the technician, fairly experienced in testing and very cordial and friendly in guiding us in selection. She remains Cool and friendly through out the process. (I am sorry , I entered the Shop during the Lunch time.) Helps in right maintenance of the spectacle and draw the maximum benefit out of it. I wish the Team L & T Mount Rd Chennai All the Very Best.

Outstanding Service and Attention ! I recently visited Lawrence and Mayo for the first time and had exceptional help from Ms. Shakila. Her assistance in selecting the perfect frame was truly outstanding. She offered a variety of recommendations that suited me . What stood out most was the personalized care I received. Ms. Shakila was patient, friendly, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. The entire shopping experience was smooth and stress-free, thanks to her . "If you're looking for a store with a wide selection of frames, I recommend you this place!" Edit - Repair is not there if broken ( I think at least they should try to repair it with super glue )

We were attended by Mr Karuna sekar and Ms Christy at the time of placing order. They were very friendly and guided us properly. We took delivery today and Mr Palani gave tips how to use the specs and protect from damage. Very useful and I wish all well
