I have purchased the eyeglasses from lenskart nanganallur on Oct 2024. Rust formed in the joint of frames and got broken within 4 month . They are providing 6 months warranty for frames But still they denied my replacement request within 4 month after purchase the product They told customer damage the frames.so warranty not covered Not even any scratch or damage in the lenses used on this frame. Attached the picture of damaged frame for your reference Worst customer service and selling cheap quality products by providing buy 1 get 1 offers Finally got the replacement .thanks to lenskart customer Support Team

I bought a glass worth 25k. But when I asked for extra clothes to clean glass the staff refused to give one. This the type of customer service provided at Nanganallur branch of Lenskart.
