The collection are good at the store and very well keep doing but, The service the sale representative are given is not good. I had a mindset and prepare to buy one specs and I were aware about the welcome offer. They confused a lot based on the prices and they indirectly forced me to purchase 2 specs which cost around 3500 approx.As a sale representative they have to understand the customer needs.I just only need one specs. Thank God I was aware of I can get one specs.i don't know if a customer without any knowledge about this definitely they will milk the customer as much possible. And another thing I was not asked for membership but without my consent the sale representative included the charges,when I asked about this he says" It's is mandatory" I know it's not s mandatory thing. Finally I asked for invoice they didn't give the invoice intentionally

The service was very good. The service personnel were knowledgeable and explained about the different types of lenses. Also got the frames and lenses much before the specified time. Overall a good experience.

The service is very nice. He showed all the specs that we are looking for. The customer agent is helpful and polite. The specs collection is also good. But the specs are expensive. They tested my current power and used it for the lens

Amazing store visit experience and fully satisfied with optemistric saran and manimaran great guys actually

This store is worthless. Collections are okayish but the service is pretty bad. I ordered 2 pairs of sunglasses and both had scratch and dust on them. The store personnel kept denying the same and we had no choice but to return. No apology offered for the inconvenience. The "don't care" attitude really bugged us.
