Excellent work done by the hospital as a whole and Dr Nirmal Fredrick is doing his work with precision and dedication. He makes it a point to let know the patient to clearly understand about their eye related health. Nurses and technicians are polite and helpful when dealing with the patient. This is very important when it comes to a hospital. I highly recommend this clinic for all your eye needs. All thanks to the doctor and his team. God bless.

My son undergone treatment vision therapy past 10 days. He is 7 yrs old whenever going for vision therapy treatment we will be waiting to do exercise for more than 1hr even though I insisted doctor I’m coming from far away pls do finish vision therapy excercise asap. Today is 10th day final day of excercise waited for 1hr completed excercise. But need to get review from senior doctor madam I asked in reception have to see doctor. They told to wait even though I had new born baby in hand waited for more than 3 hrs they still didn’t even call us inside my baby started to cry. But as soon as time for lunch staffs whomps ever all going for lunch , tea time etc. But as a patient we waiting to see the doctor to get one final review. Baby started to cry a lot . But staffs are not cooperative to make convience the visitor whoever coming to hospital to see. We are not coming to hospital and seeing the treatment without money . Getting service by paying our hard earned money. But there is no negative feedback for the doctors they are well trained and polite making to understand the problems clearly Note to the management : Very pathetic situation pls trained the staff and understand the real seriousness of the visitor and give priority to them to the see chief doctor

Nirmals' Eye Hospital's ambience is very good. Doctors and nurses are behaving nicely with patient and their well beings. Excellent Hospital in Tambaram. Very worst hospital, money motive.. Simply taking money, normal. Eye irrtation they said big problem took several test for 17 thousand, we consult other doctor and daughter issue resolved with just 500rs..never go to this hospital
