I got my son treated by Dr. Ram Prakash. The surgery was performed without any hassles. The doctor explained everything and didn't rush us into the whole thing. He is extremely professional. The support staff at the centre are also very kind and helpful. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone who needs a competent ophthalmologist for their kid.

It has been last 12 years we were started visiting the dr. In his various hospital he consults. He is very confident and dedicated In his profession. Doctor. Is very strict in prior appointment and follow ups & pleased to use regular wear of spectacle & that too the prescribed one. Doctor take an utmost care in diagnose. However tough the child cooperates he will see that the child is diagnosed in a child friendly environment. Necessary follow ups according to our situation he will put together for my children that will be more convenient for us. Staff members attend to us appropriately & friendly. The hospital premise is very calm maintained with neatness and seating capacity.

After having seen mixed reviews, new people would have got confused. No need for any confusion, he is absolutely a talented doctor, especially for pediatric opthalmologist. He is capable of detecting/diagnosing children eye issues in the early stage itself. Yes, it takes 2-3 hours to finish the entire procedure, but it's worth waiting. He will handle the things is his own way, so you need to be prepared to adopt to his pace. He may look like rude, but actually not, we have been making routine visits to his clinic almost 4-5 years now for our kids. If you would like to get some quality treatment, then it's definitely worth visiting.

I waited for some months to be post this. It was such a harrowing experience with this doctor when I took my kid that put us through emotional trauma. Such an egoistic & rude doctor who needs to be schooled for treating patients with empathy. Totally not recommended unless you know him personally. We are still unable to come in terms with how we got treated. Useless. Wish I could give zero stars.
