I have been using the services of Radiant Opticals Ashok nagar for 14 years. I have visited numerous optical stores and eye hospitals and found this place to be the best I have visited so far. The frames shown to me were durable, and felt tailor-made. My eye test was done with patience without hurrying and was amazed with the extra attention to detail given during customer service. Along with instructions to maintain the glasses, they also gave me suggestions on eye care which is not many stores do. Whilst there are several stores out there that may offer tremendous discounts, I have noticed they weren't durable and were made of inferior quality. That being said, though the discounts may not match with that of other stores, it is worth the investment for the quality and durability of frames offered here, considering glasses are an investment for long periods of time.

Really had a very good experience over here and the ambience was too good. Friendly behaviour with customers which it makes even more comfortable for the customers to detail their issues. Quick and Good service! I had to switch my old specs's frame as it got a bit rusty. For the new frame, Radiant Opticals happened to have a lot different frames options that the customers can choose from. Apart from the frames, the customer service was also very good. They new frame I bought was exactly what I was looking for. If you want a variety of frames which you can choose from, I would highly recommend visiting Radiant Opticals.
