Rajan Eye Care - Velachery (Eye Hospital in Velachery)

Visited the clinic for my mother's complicated glaucoma and cataract condition. No words to thank Dr.Smitha for her highest level of care, attention to the smallest details and clear guidance in every step. Her advice helped us act fast and take the right steps which was much needed in this case. From the first diagnostic test to the surgery and post operative follow ups - we received transparent advice and the right interventions.

I had cataract surgery done for both my eyes at Rajan Eye Care, Velachery. I was a little apprehensive as I have been on thyroid medication for quite some time. But I soon realised that I need not have worried at all. Doctor Smitha was very friendly and helpful and I soon felt very much at ease. Further, the surgery did not cause me any discomfort and I was very much at ease soon and back to routine. Instructions given for follow up for using drops was very clear. The Desk staff and other staff were polite, friendly and ready to attend to matters whenever I approached them in person or over the phone. Heartfelt thanks to Dr.Smitha and everyone at Rajan Eye Care.

As a long-time patient of Rajan Eye care (for annual checkups), I can confirm that their services are well worth the price. All the staff members are quite nice especially Dr.Smitha who always provides a clear and concise diagnosis in her treatments.

Rajan eye care at Velachery is a good place for eye care in Velachery area. Dr Smitha is the opthalmologist who looks after immediate care needs. She is very systematic, polite and explains the whole line of treatment. Myself and my family members have been going to her for needs which she has addressed the same very satisfactorily.

Clean clinic and located in a very good location away from the busy traffic. Good doctor. However the consultation fee seems to be on the higher side.

Visited for a general check up. Dr. Smitha thoroughly checked and explained the issue in detail. Suggested precautions even the chair height and viewing angle of screen. Consultation lasted around half an hour and very insightful. Very satisfied with service.

Rajan eye care, Velachery is where I consult for my eye matters. Dr Smitha, is the consultant doctor whom I met for a check after my transplant surgery.She diagnosed me for possible Glucoma and put me on medications.Even with that I had a spike in the IOP. Being a Sunday when this happened, Dr Smitha coordinated with the tnagar branch to arrange for IV to bring down the IOP .Dr Smitha 's dedication even on a holiday is commendable. Things are much under control now.

Visited clinic for irritation in one eye. One Nithya Priya prescribed two drops. Though I am using these two drops in last 7 days, no improvements. After 15 days, my eyes swelled and pained. Now waiting before Aravind eye hospital
