Shivas eye Care

I had been to this for cataract surgery. Dr.Ramesh Babu, opthalmologist surgeon has performed the surgery. I go with appointments, but walk in is also accepted. Appointments would reduce your waiting time. Generally, it takes about half an hour to complete your job. Very systematic. Very courteous and polite staff. I have been there for the last 9 years. He will explain the problem in such a way that even a layman understands it. However, in my case, he has not conveyed what exactly would be the problem with eye sight after cataract surgery ( with lower vision )( left eye is having a retina issue ). He has circumvented in informing me about the issue. Had he been straightforward, I would not have undergone the cataract surgery with the left eye. The eye clinic also has an optical shop. You are asked to collect your optical prescription from there instead of from the reception. Medicines prescribed by the doctor are also made available and explained about doses, etc, by the staff and by the doctor himself. The doctor's fees and testing changes, if any, are moderate. The clinic is entirely air conditioned, and waiting area is fitted with television for pass time while waiting. The best service for EYE CARE.

Dr.Rameshbabu is known to me for years. Me and my family members and extended family members have been availing his professional services for last few decades. His hospitality, thorough diagnosis and patient care has been consistently improving and highly commendable. I wouldn't hesitate even for a moment to refer him all eye related ailments. This has been my worst experience so far. The staff seems unfamiliar with handling cashless treatments under corporate insurance. The receptionists and patient coordinators are lethargic and fail to provide clear guidance on the next steps. They unnecessarily delay procedures, seemingly for their own benefit, and make patients wait for long hours without a valid reason, all while pretending to be busy.

I have visited shivas eye care twice in the past six months and both the times, i had a very pleasant experience. Dr. Ramesh Babu is extremely gentle and caring. Half of the issue will solve just by following his advice properly. Highly recommended for all eye care needs.

Am taking consultation/ eye drops in last 20+ years from one of other eye hospital it's in Coimbatore. It's too better and good. Today I visited this Shiva's Eye Hospital and really I felt am so blessed to have the consultation with this hospital. Especially the Chief Doctor's Explanations is like as my mother's care.🙏🙏🙏

PEOPLE use to say it's a good clinic. TODAY we went for my daughter darshwana eye issue. Dr was so good and he found out the issue and a foreign particle was taken our from her eyes. He.also explained and given medicine for her. Honestly a very good doc and nice clinic.
