SUSI HOSPITAL

I thank Dr. Kumaresan for giving the best treatment to my father. My father was admitted in Susi hospital five months ago for Hernia surgery. Special thanks to all the doctors and nurses they took good care of my dad. Thanks for the wonderful service. I strongly recommend SUSI hospital

Time waste .i am waiting upto 1 and half hours for to meet Mr .Vishnu brabh dr but dr not came to hospital that respective time .

One of the best hospital in North Chennai where you will get good service for all the health issues.. Hospital environment is clean and neat.

Don't visit this hospital for gynecologist dr.mekala worst behaviour..she didn't give least 5min to clarify the doubts ..she asked me to getout of the room.. disrespectful behaviour..money minded people..

I hate the way the gynaecologist (mekala kumaresan) treated me, I almost paid 30k for a medical procedure but the doctor was so obsessed in looking after the out patients in order to make more money yet couldn't give me 5 minutes of her time to clarify my doubts. I was literally asked to leave the room hence couldn't get the follow-up details which I'm entitled to know. I encourage people not to visit or approach such pathetic money minded people, rather visit a reputed unit where the hospitality is way better. I strongly believe doctors exist not only to treat people but also to educate them, where SUSI Hospital failed miserably on the latter. A big no no to SUSI Hospital.

I had very bad experience with the hospital.yesterday I had an appointment @12 and was there on time and waited till 12:50.Nearly 50 mins I was waiting So, I requested nurse I had a 6 months feeding baby left in neighbours house and I'm waiting here nearly 50 mins my baby will cry for milk if it's too late, so pls consider but she replied harshly without humanity being a nurse. I need to register here the reception person also playing with their colleagues while placing an appointment. If there is no one to maintain appointments then why do you give tokens to patients. You can ask us to wait in queue.

I took my wife post delivery for a regular checkup but the way Dr. Mekala treated my wife was terrible and rude. She doesn't know how to talk to patients and she is talking complete nuisance since my wife delivered baby in another hospital. Having this in mind whatever questions we ask her the standard reply is "did you deliver your baby in our hospital "? What kind of mindset this is. Whether they are running hospital or business ? It is better not to go here than to add anxiety with your sickness. Such a horrible experience we faced. None of our doubts will be getting cleared by this doctor. Instead asking us to go out and wants to see the other patients. She will not see patients more than a minute. Totally avoid this doctor at any cost.
