TEJAS EYE CLINIC

I dono if the reviews are paid promotions. But our experience was not good. We went with some confusions and concerning thoughts (may be we might be wrong also so only we go to specialists for remedy or advise). But whatever questions we asked she had sarcastic response and we were treated like illeterates basically by this doctor. May be she might be experienced also but that was not evident in her speech. If we all know everything then why we need specialists in each field. Can be little more polite with patients.Finally we were not convinced, so we had to go to another doctor and get things clarified. Response for the revert: please read the review. I am not questioning the genuity of the doctor. But it is more about the sarcastic responses for the queries we raised or rather not convincing responses. Its not the duty of the doctor to convince but can be more diplomatic and not sarcastic. We are also working professionals and the basic we expect is respect. We cannot showcase what happened inside the room but can only say how it impacted us as a person.

Consulting physician Dr. Hemalatha is a top notch doctor. She is very caring and gives ample attention to patients. She hears out patient's view and explains the issues very patiently. Since she specilizes in diabetics, she is able to treat diabetic patients very well. Also very child friendly. We went for my son's check up, usually he is very fidgety, but Dr. Hema made his visit playful, The range of frames in the shop is very good and the rates are nominal compared to other shops. The service is courteous and quick. They respond to any queries quickly. Will definitely keep going there.

Dr. Hemalatha does not create any panic in you. She is very assertive and positive towards the patient. Finally a great ophthalmologist in this side of the city. Excellent !

High recommend, Dr. Hemalatha is very polite and humble. She don't give any unnecessary medicines and keeps very limited medication, which helps for speedy recovery.
